You can eat it for breakfast.
Blend:
4 cups water
2 cups oats
1 banana
1 cup milk (recommend dairy, soy or coconut)
4 scoops protein powder (we like vanilla flavored whey)
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons peanut butter (optional but it tastes good)
Follow your ice cream maker’s instructions.
This’ll freeze pretty hard, let it sit out for awhile before serving, or pop it in the microwave for a minute or two for easy scooping. Top with honey & chocolate chips.
