2 cups oat flour (any non-instant oat blended down into a flour)
1 cup soaked dates
1 banana
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 eggs
Mix oat flour, salt, baking soda
Blend soaked dates, banana, oil, vinegar. Add to dry mix & add eggs.
Mix until smooth & add any mix-ins (raisins, chocolate chips, nuts, etc)
Use loaf pan or muffin tin.
Bake at 350 until knife comes out clean (30-45 minutes for loaf, 20-30 minutes for muffins)
*Use 1 cup oat flour, 1 cup whole oats for a chewier texture variation
