Dad’s Granola Protein Bars

5 cups oats
1/2 cup canola oil
1/8 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup maple syrup (or honey)
1 cup protein powder
3 Tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup crushed walnuts (or peanuts)
3 Tablespoons cinnamon
1 cup dried fruit
3 eggs

Mix all together and press into oiled pan
bake at 350 for 20 minutes
