Date Fridge Fudge

Ingredients

2 cups walnuts

2.5 cups pitted dates

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 

Process

  1. Food process the ingredients all together 
  2. Put mix in brownie or loaf dish (depending on the thickness you desire) 
  3. Put a layer of plastic wrap on top of the mix
  4. Press down firmly with your fingers to make your fudge brick 
  5. Plop in the fridge until set  (at least 30 min)

  • Add chia or flax for a healthy crunch
