Put seeds in water for 1-2 days

Drain seeds. Fold into a damp paper towel and put in a closed plastic bag in a warm, dark place. (We put over the toaster oven)

Roots and a little sprout will appear in 2-5 days

fresh off the paper towel and ready for the ground

Transplant sprout (for bigger seeds, they’ll come pretty easily off the paper towel) or cut up the paper towel bits to plant if the sprouts are too small or entangled.
